Oxshott is a less crowded option for house hunters in Surrey. With its idyllic heath and lightly wooded areas, it offers locals a relaxed lifestyle with access to the natural world as well as good transport links to London. Once dubbed by the Daily Telegraph “the area with the most footballers”, Chelsea Football Club’s main training ground is located just outside Oxshott. There are a range of properties on offer in this attractive village, ranging from cottages to detached homes with lots of outdoor space and beautiful views. Many of the properties are in gated areas, private roads or generally inaccessible to the general public.

Oxshott is well served by commuter trains, with services taking just 38 minutes to get into Waterloo and calling at Vauxhall, with links to Victoria line, on the way. Buses are also readily available and to drive from Oxshott to London takes 50 minutes.
