Jason truly offers a bespoke service tailored to our needs as a seller. We tried other high street agencies previously but without success. They all seem to put their best person forward to secure the listing however viewings were performed by inexperienced sales people. They also over valued but then loose interest quickly if no offers come through in the first 3 weeks. This was followed by a request to reduce the price, an all-too-common industry practice. Jason was very different, firstly his communications were excellent with all feedback open and honest and immediately after each viewing which the other agencies failed to do.
