With over 35 years in property, Stephen is a well known property expert that brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in relation to land and development. Located in the Royal Borough of Tunbridge Wells he operates throughout London and the Home counties, dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial land transactions, developments and investments.

Having previously been employed as the UK Land Director for a corporate estate agency, Stephen formed his own company providing consultancy services to various Land and New Homes organisations, and now exclusively with Moveli.

Stephen acquires and sells opportunities on behalf of clients, whether subject to planning or on an unconditional basis, ranging from single plots through to major housing schemes. His company offers full architectural and planning services and are able to project manage the build programme from concept to completion.

Over the years Stephen has built an unrivalled reputation in the world of development and has facilitated the construction of numerous new homes throughout the South East.
