Earlsfield was, until recently, a well kept secret. Often overlooked in favour of its neighbours Wimbledon and Clapham, Earlsfield is now in high demand. Much-like its leafy neighbours, Earlsfield is an attractive area for young professionals taking advantage of the 13 minute commute to Waterloo and young families looking for excellent schools and comfortable houses. Named after the large Victorian mansion that once stood at the centre, Earlsfield is steeped in late Victorian and Edwardian historical properties. These characterful late Victorian and Edwardian terraces, with intricate tile and brick details, draw property hunters and provide the Earlsfield community with attractive bricks and mortar. Most often with three or four bedrooms, these properties tend to come with gardens – the homes on Ravensbury Road are particularly desirable examples.  

Earlsfield station connects residents to London Waterloo in13 minutes and Victoria in 20 with a change at Clapham Junction. Buses are also a good bet, with regular routes to Victoria and Aldwych.
