Since purchasing the property in 2015 my clients have made numerous improvements and upgrades to create a comfortable home with a welcoming feel. The property has a large open plan kitchen/living room to the rear with bi-fold doors that open onto the rear southwest facing patio garden. There are two bedrooms, both double rooms with built-in wardrobes, a well-proportioned bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a useful understairs storage cupboard.
Glenrosa Street is located in the popular area of Sands End in South Fulham, very close to the Chelsea border. Transport links include Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway stations (District Line - zone 2) both of which are within walking distance. Nearer to home there is also the overground station at Imperial Wharf and the river ferry at Chelsea Harbour. For large weekly shops, there is the enormous Sainsbury’s on Townmead Road, and for dinner and drinks with friends, there is the hugely popular Sands End pub which is as good a local as one could ever hope to have on their doorstep.
This southern pocket of Fulham was greatly enhanced with the development of Imperial Wharf, and I think it will continue to flourish as the Chelsea Creek redevelopment works its way up towards the Kings Road.
