Jonathan has over eight years of residential sales experience across Devon and Gloucestershire with approximately 6 of these years being in Devon. Having previously worked at a high level for one of the largest estate agents in the South West, he has excellent market and transactional knowledge. His expertise ranges from selling grand design homes, individual developments, Victorian townhouses, to small estates, covering the diverse property landscapes across most of Devon, including Mid Devon, East Devon, Dartmoor, and the South Hams.

Living and working in these regions has afforded Jonathan a deep understanding of the local markets, enabling him to provide invaluable advice to his clients. His passion for property and his commitment to delivering exceptional service have been the cornerstones of his successful career.

When he’s not immersed in the property world, Jonathan enjoys exploring the picturesque Devon countryside with his wife, Eloise, and their Labrador, Milo. A very confident sailor and windsurfer, Jonathan has honed his skills during several seasons as an instructor in the Greek Islands of Rhodes and Lemnos. He is also an avid supporter of grassroots, local football teams, often spending his weekends cheering them on.
